Please refer to my General Circular dated 20th February, 2023 with reference number LASUED/REG/UC/64/VOL.1/9.
You would recall that in the Circular under reference, students were to be on break between February 22, 2023 and March 14, 2023, and were to resume on March 14, 2023 in line with the directive of the National Universities Commission regarding the 2023 general elections.
However, in view of the postponement of the Governorship election from Saturday 11th to Saturday 18th March, 2023, the Vice Chancellor, on behalf of the University Senate, has approved the extension of the break for one week.
Students are therefore to resume on Monday, March 20, 2023.
On behalf of the Vice Chancellor, I wish you all once again a very nice break.
