This is to inform the University Community that Wednesday, 27th September, 2023 has been declared by the Federal Government as Public Holiday to mark this year’s Eid-ul-Maulud Celebration.
In view of the above, the Vice-Chancellor has directed that all staff should observe the holiday, except those involved in essential services, who should later be granted a day-off as appropriate.
All Heads of Departments/Units are by this memo requested to bring this information to the attention of their staff for due compliance, please.
