KWASU ANNOUNCES COMMENCEMENT OF LECTURES, ISSUES DIRECTIVE TO STUDENTS

Dear All,

This is to welcome us all to a new session. I pray that Almighty will be with us just as in the past. Amen.

I like to remind us all that, in accordance with the approved 2023/2024 academic calendar, lectures for the 2023/2024 harmattan semester commenced Monday, 13th November, 2023.

To this end, all lecturers are expected to start teaching their courses in accordance with the approved Time Table as earlier circulated.

All Deans and HODs are to ensure that all lecturers under them attend their scheduled classes promptly.

Deans are hereby requested to ensure full compliance with this directive and also ensure that lecturers take attendance of students during classes.

It is to be noted that registration of courses and other necessary documentation should be going on simultaneously with teaching of courses.

All lecturers are to continuously remind their students that, to be eligible to sit for examinations at the end of the Semester, they must have, at least 75% (seventy five percent) attendance in class.

This memo is for the attention of all Deans, HODs and lecturers.

Thank you.

Dr. Kikelomo W. Sallee,
Registrar.
