MOSHOOD ABIOLA POLYTECHNIC, ABEOKUTA (MAPOLY) BEGINS 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION

Authorities of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta have announced Monday, 2nd December, 2024 as the beginning of first semester, 2024/2025 academic session.

This was disclosed at the Academic Board meeting held to usher-in the new session in line with the academic calendar.

By this development, all categories of students (National Diploma and Higher National Diploma, Full-time and Part-time) have been enabled to commence the first semester registration from Monday, 2nd till Friday, 27th December, 2024.

Similarly, all newly admitted applicants, who are yet to accept the provisional offer, have until Friday, 5th December, 2024 to do the needful and proceed with entry registration immediately.

The Board also ratified online lectures for SIWES students through the obtainable platforms, while in-person lectures continue from Monday, 16th December, 2024.

In the same vein, all duly registered students are to prepare for mid-semester tests from Monday, 24th February to Saturday, 1st March, 2025.

The newly admitted students (National Diploma and Higher National Diploma) will experience their official admittance into the Polytechnic with matriculation and oath-taking on Wednesday, 3rd April, 2025.

Fresh students have been warned that failure to complete their registrations before the deadline of Friday, 27th December, 2024 will be tantamount to forfeiture of admission, while returning students will be subjected to penalty.

The Academic Board emphasized that students should acquaint themselves with the academic calendar and strictly adhere to the directives therewith to enhance seamless academic experience.
