This is to notify all graduating students of 2024/2025 academic session that the signing of Final Year – Clearance will commence immediately the Unversity Senate released the graduation list
Please note that electronic clearance can only be accessed through the student portal where every graduand is expected to supply his/her details and submit the required document(s) online for further necessary action.
Also, note that payment of the convocation fee is now required for the completion of the clearance process by each graduand
The successful applicants will thereafter be cleared by the designated officers and the completed form generated/printed as evidence of being cleared, which will be used for the collection of Certificate, following the fulfiments of other conditions
