UNILORIN COMMENCES E-CLEARANCE, ISSUES DIRECTIVES TO STUDENTS

This is to inform you that the e-Clearance for graduating students of the 2024/2025 academic session would commence on 15 August 2025. Consequently, the e-clearance portal will be opened as from the above stated date for the graduating students to log in.

Please note that payment receipt for the convocation fee is now a requirement for the completion of the clearance process.

To ensure a seamless process, you are to please note the following order of clearance by actors in the clearance process:

Group 1

a. Head of Department

b. Dean of Faculty

c. Alumni Officer

d. Hostel Manager

Group 2

e. Faculty Officer

f. Faculty Accountant

g. University Librarian

h. Director of Health Services

-i. Director of Sports

j. Stores Officer

k. Director of Works

Group 3

l. Deputy Registrar, Student Affairs Unit

Officers are to ensure that the graduating students are cleared as they apply within twenty-four (24) hours to avoid backlog and delay in the process.

The duly completed clearance form is therefore generated/printed by each grad student as a prerequisite for the collection of certificates.
