UNIVERSITY OF JOS
REGISTRATION FOR 2025 POST UTME/DE SCREENING EXERCISE

(2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION)

This is to inform all 2025 UTME/DE candidates who applied for admission into the University of Jos, made the institution their FIRST CHOICE, and meet the Departmental cut-off marks, to register online for the Screening Exercise scheduled from 18th August 2025 to ….30th September, 2025.

The screening exercise shall be ENTIRELY ONLINE and the stated period applies to ALL CANDIDATES.

ELIGIBILITY TO REGISTER FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE

UTME candidates must have a minimum score of 180 (see differential cut-off marks below).

Eligible Direct Entry candidates should pay the stipulated screening fee and register online.
Only candidates who have uploaded their O’level results on JAMB CAPS will be eligible.

REGISTRATION GUIDE
Step 1: Create an Account
Go to portal.unijos.edu.ng.
Click FORMS APPLICATION.
Select 2025 UTME/DE Screening.
Read the pop-up message carefully, then close it.
Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click Get Started.
Fill in the sign-up form with your email, phone number, and password.
Submit the form.
Check your email, open the activation message, and click the activation link.

Step 2: Pay the Screening Fee

Return to portal.unijos.edu.ng and click LOGIN.
Enter your registered email and password, then click Login.
On your dashboard, click Make Payment to pay the screening charges.
Follow the payment instructions until it is successful.

Print both the portal receipt and the Remita receipt sent to your email.
Click Proceed to print your screening summary for reference.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Only candidates who selected University of Jos as first choice will be uploaded on the portal.
Confirm you meet the departmental cut-off mark before registering; otherwise, change course via JAMB CAPS.
Upload your O’level results to JAMB CAPS before registration.
All candidates must first accept their admission offer on JAMB CAPS within 4 weeks of its release before it will reflect on the University of Jos portal.
Failure to upload O’Level results and comply with all the above guidelines may result in delays or exclusion from the admission process.
