You may wish to recall that the Federal Executive Council approved 6th October, 2025 as the commencement date for NERD compliance. In compliance with the directive, a circular was released by NYSC dated 7th October, 2025 with reference number NYSC/DHQ/CM/M/373/VOL.3/81 directing all CPIs to ensure that subsequent uploads must be NERD-compliant.
Consequent on the latest position by NERD postponing implementation, I am directed to inform you that NYSC will not enforce the NERD compliance for the 2025 Batch ‘C uploads.
