This is to remind all staff and students of the key dates in the 2025/2026 Undergraduate Academic Calendar:
1. End of Harmattan Semester Lectures:
Lectures for the Harmattan Semester will end on Friday, 16th January 2026.
Departments are advised to complete all lectures on or before Friday, 9th January 2026.
2. Upload of Continuous Assessment (CA):
The Portal will be open for uploading Continuous Assessment grades and other approved results from Monday, 19th January – Friday, 23rd January 2026
3. Lecture-Free Week:
The period 19th – 23rd January 2026 is designated as the Lecture-Free Week, strictly for the uploading of CA and other necessary academic submissions. Please note that: No lectures should hold during this week.
4. Harmattan Semester Examinations:
Examinations will commence on Monday, 26th January 2026 and end on Friday, 13th February 2026.
All staff and students are kindly requested to comply with the dates as indicated in the academic calendar.
