The Federal Government has declared December 25 and 26, 2025, and January 1, 2026, as public holidays for Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year.
The announcement, made by the Minister of Interior through the Ministry’s Permanent Secretary, encourages Nigerians to remain law-abiding and security conscious, and celebrates the season with goodwill.
