The Nigerian Education Loan Fund has extended its 2026 registration deadline to March 11, 2026.
Recall that the student loan portal was closed in the early hours of February 28, 2026, in line with the earlier deadline released by NELFUND. However, fresh checks on the NELFUND portal confirm that the registration window has been extended.
As of the time of filing this report, the portal is now open and applicants can proceed with their registration.
