2. The letter of Exclusion which NYSC issues is strictly for graduates of Part-Time while Full-Time graduates are issued the Certificate of National Service (CNS) or Certificate of Exemption (CoE) as the case may be.
3. You may wish to recall that at the Stakeholders meeting which you convened, the representative of JAMB made it clear that JAMB do not conduct HND admission and cannot be of help. However, in this regard it is expected that the data of the affected PCMs be collated and uploaded on the newly created data bank meant for HND graduates to enable NYSC harvest same for their mobilization.
4. In view of the foregoing, I wish to request that NBTE speed up action on the collation of the details of the affected graduates for their immediate mobilization.
