2025/2026 UTME candidates who applied for admission into the National Diploma (Regular) Programme of the Federal Polytechnic, Nekede. Owem as Institution of First or Second choice with a UTME Score of 100 and above are requested to forward on-line to http://www.fpno.edu.ng the following particulars for screening:
(a) O’level Result (WASSCE, NECO or NABTEB)

In addition, candidates are required to pay a screening fee of (N5,000.00) Five Thousand Naira only through the Remita Platform at any commercial bank nationwide.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The entry requirements for all National Diploma (ND) Programmes are as follows
Five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including Englash Language and Mathematics obtained at not more than two sittings in WASSCE INECO of NABTEB (O’level Examinations).
Possession of Appropriate JAMD subjects Combination for the course applied for.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
- All candidates MUST first go to the school’s application portal: https://ndapplication.fpno.edu.ng/Applicant/Form/PostJambFormInvoiceGeneration
- Fill your Biodata in the form and generate an invoice, print or copy out the invoice number, (you can do this on your mobile phone).
- Proceed to Federal Polytechnic Nekede Microfinance Bank or any bank of your choice and make a payment of N2,000 (Two Thousand Naira) only on Remita platform using RRR number on the invoice you generated.
You can also choose to make your payment using your VERVE, VISA or MASTER CARD if you choose the card payment option, you will be asked to fill the card details for the payment to be processed immediately.
- Return to the school’s website, www.fpno.edu.ng. click on “application form”, and complete your application process. Submit your data as requested and print out your acknowledgment slip.
If you process your payment using your card, you will return to the portal immediately to print your receipt and acknowledgment slip.
Applicants can start and complete this process from any location in the country. It is therefore advisable to minimize trips to Owerri for the purpose of completing the form.
ANY DISPARITY IN O’LEVEL RESULT GRADES, JAMB SCORE AND/OR JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER DISQUALIFIES THE CANDIDATE
Duration: All submissions and payments must be completed on or before 12 midnight of 31st August, 2025.
PLEASE NOTE AS FOLLOWS:
- Candidates who did not initially choose any of the courses advertised above should utlize this opportunity to change course and upload their Olevel result(s) on JAMB portal in any JAMB accredited CBT centre.
- Candidates should ensure that their UTME subject combination qualifies them to study the course of their choice
- Candidates who chose our institution as 2nd or 3rd choice MUST change to Federal Polytechnic Nekede as their first choice and upload their level result(s) on JAMB portal before they will be considered for admission. Note also that any wrong information disqualifies the candidate
