The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced a limited reopening of its mobilisation portal to allow Corps Producing Institutions (CPIs) upload outstanding data of prospective corps members (PCMs) who were previously excluded.

In an official circular issued from the NYSC Directorate Headquarters, the scheme disclosed that the portal will be reopened for 48 hours, specifically on March 26 and 27, 2026, following widespread complaints from institutions unable to upload eligible graduates during the initial exercise.
The NYSC stated that the decision was prompted by “outcry” from several CPIs whose inability to upload candidates’ details placed affected graduates at a disadvantage through no fault of their own.
According to the directive, institutions are expected to take full advantage of the brief window to process all pending uploads, as the scheme made it clear that no further consideration will be granted after the deadline.

“CPIs are enjoined to fully maximise this opportunity and push in all outstanding cases,” the statement emphasized, underscoring the urgency and finality of the exercise.
The agency also advised institutions to ensure that all relevant data is properly prepared ahead of the upload period to avoid technical delays or incomplete submissions.
