The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced the commencement of a supplementary online registration exercise for prospective corps members whose details were recently uploaded by their institutions.
According to an official notice released by the scheme, the registration portal will open on Thursday, April 9, 2026, and close on Saturday, April 11, 2026, providing a limited window for eligible candidates to complete their mobilisation process.
The development is aimed at accommodating graduates who were either newly approved or previously unable to register during the main mobilisation phase. It reflects ongoing efforts by the NYSC to ensure inclusivity and reduce the backlog of prospective corps members awaiting deployment.
Prospective corps members are advised to promptly log on to the NYSC portal, complete all required procedures, and verify their personal and academic information to avoid disqualification or delays in mobilisation.
With the deadline set for April 11, eligible graduates are expected to take advantage of the opportunity as preparations intensify for the next batch of national service.
