Again, candidates seeking to modify their subject combinations for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) have been effectively locked out, following the closure of the correction window by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
A screenshot obtained by TEAM BABS shows a notification stating: “You can no longer make changes to UTME subjects,” confirming that the deadline for such modifications has finally elapsed.
Affected candidates who failed to make necessary corrections before now may have to proceed with their originally selected subject combinations, a situation that could impact their eligibility for certain courses in tertiary institutions.
As the UTME draws closer, candidates are now expected to focus on examination preparation, with no further opportunities for subject modification anticipated.
