We hereby notify the general student body of an adjustment in transport fares across selected routes within and around the University community, effective from today Monday, 13th April, 2026, following engagements with transport operators.
The approved fares are as follows:
New Park to Campus – ₦250
Oke-Odo to New Park – ₦150
Terminus to New Park – ₦200
These adjustments reflect the outcome of continued deliberations with relevant stakeholders, aimed at striking a balance between the prevailing operational realities of transporters and the welfare of students.
We reiterate that all transport operators must strictly adhere to the approved sitting arrangement of 3-3-2, and no form of overloading or arbitrary fare increment beyond the stated prices will be tolerated.
Unilorites are encouraged to report any violations through the appropriate channels to ensure prompt intervention.
