The University of Benin (UNIBEN) has extended the registration deadline for its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (D.E.) Screening Exercise, giving prospective candidates additional time to complete their applications.
According to the University, the registration portal will now remain open until Friday, 17th July, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
The extension provides another opportunity for candidates who are yet to register, update their information, or complete the application process before the commencement of the screening exercise.
Screening Slip Reprint
UNIBEN has also announced that all registered candidates should reprint their screening slip from Wednesday, 22nd July, 2026.
The screening slip will contain each candidate’s:
- Examination date
- Examination time
- Examination venue
Candidates are advised to carefully verify these details ahead of the screening.
Screening Date Remains Unchanged
Despite the extension of the registration deadline, the screening exercise will still commence on Monday, 27th July, 2026.
