The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has commenced early preparations for the 2027 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), with the Registrar, Prof. Segun Aina, presiding over a pre-accreditation meeting involving directors, examiners and coordinators from across the country.

The meeting provided an opportunity for stakeholders to review preparations for the forthcoming examination, align expectations and reinforce the operational standards required to ensure that Computer-Based Test (CBT) centres are adequately equipped and ready to conduct the 2027 UTME.
Discussions focused on strengthening examination-centre readiness, ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements and promoting effective coordination among personnel responsible for the examination process.
With preparations beginning ahead of the 2027 UTME, CBT centre operators and other stakeholders are expected to pay close attention to the Board’s accreditation standards and operational guidelines.
