Further to my memorandum Reference OOU/REG/10 of 22nd February.2023. I am to inform all Staff that due to the recent shift in date of the Governorship and State Houses of Assembly Elections, the University Management has approved as follows:
Date Issued:12th March, 2023.
- All Staff should resume work tomorrow, Monday 13th March, 2023.
- The University will be closed on Friday, 17th March, 2023 to enable Staff fully participate in the Elections of Saturday, 18th March 2023. Work will however resume on Monday, 20th March 2023.
- Teaching Staff are expected to continue to give online Lectures to students till Friday 17th March 2023.
- The Revised University Calendar as approved by Senate at its Meeting of 17th February 2023 remains unchanged.
- Provosts, Deans, Directors and Head of Units are to ensure strict compliance please.
