Dear KWASU Graduates/PCM,
RE: BATCH A STREAM II 2023 SERVICE YEAR
All graduates of KWASU who are Prospective Corps Members (PCM) would recall that, the Student Affairs Unit (SAU) recently published Senate uploaded entry list for the 2023 Batch A STREAM II service year for any possible corrections of noticeable errors. See list below;
While some PCM responded by making corrections of identifiable errors in name, matric no, not yet matriculated & date of graduation, many others failed to do so.
I need to emphasise that, there is still opportunity to do so before the NYSC camp is opened.
This is because, by rule, the NYSC registration officers & their headquarters will not entertain any correction of errors during the period.
This means that, the concerned PCM will neither be allowed into the Camp nor register for service.
An error list generated in the course of the recent upload on NYSC SABALM is pasted on the wall of SAU to enable those concerned to effect necessary corrections of their data with the Data Entry Officer (DEO).
You are hereby requested to accord this circular your priority attention.
