In preparation to the generation of matriculation numbers for the newly admitted students, the Academic Support Services (Exams and Records) has commenced the compilation of list of students who had previously matriculated to ensure that such students are not given double matriculation numbers.
To this end, you are requested to inform the new students in the Faculty who had previously matriculated but have secured admission into a new programme, should so indicate by completing the “Exemption from Double Matriculation Form” online. Students are to download. the form from the University Website and submit it to the Faculty Officer.
Faculty Officers are to collate and forward the forms to the Academic Support Services (Examinations and Records) on or before Thursday, February 8, 2024.
