The Management of Bayero University, Kano has approved further extension of students’ registration period for another two weeks from Sunday, 21st July to Sunday, 4th August, 2024.
The decision to extend the registration period followed the recent awards granted to about 8,530 students of the university by the National Students Education Loans Funds (NELFUND) as well as an appeal from parents, guardians, philanthropists and President of BUK Students Union Government.
The Vice Chancellor, Professor Sagir Adamu Abbas while congratulating the pioneer beneficiaries of NELFUND Scheme also assured that the management will do everything possible to encourage more students to enroll into the scheme.
The management passionately appeals to students, parents, guardians, philanthropists and state governments that are paying for their students to use the opportunity of the extension period to pay the registration fees in order to enable the university deliver the session.
