Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo is the only Special Education in Sub-Sahara West Africa which was established to
train teachers and other para-professionals on Special Education for the people with special needs. The College, being the only one in the country, has an admission policy that takes the entire nation as its catchment area and this allows a wider mix in student population that cannot be found in other Colleges.
The Screening Exercisefor the 2024/2025 Admission into the Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo will hold on Thursday, 26th September, 2024. Candidates are therefore requested to note the following guidelines:

NCE PROGRAMME
Candidate(s) who made the Federal College of Education (Special) Oyo as their first choiceof institution during the 2024 UTME and who scored 100 and above.
Candidates who did not choose the College initially but scored 100 and above are also eligible to apply after effecting a change of institution to the College and making the College the first choice.
C. METHODS OF APPLICATION
1) Proceed to log on to www.nce.fcesovo.edu.ng to make payment for a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only for the purpose of online registration for Post UTME screening at any Commercial Bank/Online through RemitaPlatform;
2) Carefully complete and submit the online application form; Upload digital
4) copies of scanned O’level result(s) and passport photograph with white background notmore than 100kb which must be in JPEG or JPG with no eye glasses orvell and, Print out the Online Application Form to ascertain successful registration.

D. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE
- Candidate will be expected to complete the admission screening form online starting from Monday, 19thAugust, 2024
- 2 copies of UTME e-notification of results slip.
- Original and photocopy of the online completed admission screening application form.
- SSCE/GCE O’ Level (WAEC/NECO), (NABTEB for Vocational & Technical Education Courses, Adult and Non-Formal Education, English Language, Integrated Science and Physics only) results or equivalent.
- Change of Institution print out slip by candidates who did not choose the College originally as its first choice of Institution.
- Candidates are to upload their SSCE/GCE O’ Level (WAEC/NECO), NABTEB results into their JAMB Profile at any accredited CBT Centre nationwide.
SUBMISSION OF FORMS ON-LINE
Candidates are to please note that deadline for submission of the application for the first batch of admission screening on the College website is Wednesday, 25th September, 2024. Time: 4.00 pm.
F. TIME OF COMMENCEMENT OF THE SCREENING EXERCISE:

Note: There would be a grace period of four (4) weeks within which all approved admissions must be accepted by the candidates.
