This is to inform you that the 2024/2025 First Semester Examinations earlier slated to commence on Monday, 27th January, 2025 have been postponed by one week. The new date for the commencement is now Monday, 3rd February, 2025.
It is very disturbing to the Polytechnic Management to note that less than 40% of the students population has paid school fees and registered for the 2024/2025 Academic session. This is the reason why all Returning and New Students have been given a week’s grace to source for means of getting their school fees paid and get registered before the commencement of the coming examinations.
In view of this development, all academic activities are hereby directed to be suspended to allow the concerned students to proceed on the above mission and return back on Saturday, 1* February, 2025 for the concluding part of the 2024/2025 first semester. It is envisaged that staff and students will utilize this last opportunity to do the needful as no student will be spared to write examinations without payment of school fees and been duly registered.
Any student who fails to make judicious use of this rare opportunity will be considered to have voluntarily withdrawn from the Polytechnic.
