GENERAL CIRCULAR
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL GRADUATES OF KWASU ON COLLECTION OF NYSC EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
This is to inform all graduates of the Kwara State University, Malete, who were exempted by the NYSC from service during the 2024 Batch “A” mobilization exercise that, their NYSC exemption certificates are ready for immediate collection.
All graduates of the University are enjoined to avail themselves of the opportunity to collect their certificates at the STUDENT AFFAIRS UNIT in Malete between now and 31/7/2024. Thereafter, all unclaimed NYSC exemption certificates shall be returned to the NYSC Headquarters, Maitama District, Abuja. This means that graduates who do not collect theirs within this timeframe would have to travel to Abuja for collection.
Please note that graduates concerned are to bring along the original and photocopy of their degree certificate or valid Statement of Result. Note, too, that there shall be no collection by proxy.
The collection shall be during official working hours of Mondays to Wednesdays beginning from 10.00 a.m.
