With the commencement of 2024/2025 NCS recruitment exercise, applications are invited from qualified candidates for the various vacant positions in the Superintendent, Inspector, and Customs Assistant Cadres.
CATEGORY A: CUSTOMS SUPERINTENDENT
CADRE (GENERAL DUTY AND SUPPORT STAFF/ PROFESSIONALS) – CONSOLE 08
Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent from a well-recognized university or polytechnic and NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
CATEGORY B: CUSTOMS INSPECTOR
CADRE (GENERAL DUTY AND SUPPORT STAFF/ PROFESSIONALS) – CONSOLE 06
Applicant must possess OND, NCE, or its equivalent obtained from a recognized Polytechnics or other institutions
CATEGORY C: CUSTOMS ASSISTANT
CADRE (GENERAL DUTY AND SUPPORT STAFF/ PROFESSIONALS) – CONSOLE 03.04
Applicants must possess Secondary School Certificate with five (5) credits including English and Mathematics, Trade Test Certificate, or Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity approved proficiency certificates (where applicable)

GENERAL CONDITIONS - Applicants must be Nigerian by birth.
- Applicants must have completed their primary six education and obtained a First School Leaving Certificate.
- Applicants must not be less than 1.7 meters tall for males and 1.64 meters for females.
- Medical fitness is required, and applicants must not be physically or mentally challenged.
- Applicants must not have been convicted of any criminal offense.
- Applicants must not be members of any secret society, cult, or drug addicts.
- Applicants must present a certificate of state/ LGA of origin.
NOTICE: Candidates are strictly prohibited from submitting any false document. Falsification of any document will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to prosecution. Applications will last for one week (from 27th December 2024 to 2nd January 2025).
