This is to inform you that the submission of hard copies of approved supplementary Senate/Academic Boards uploaded list for the 2024 Batch ‘A’ will commence on Monday, 29th January, 2024 and end on Friday 2nd February, 2024 at the NYSC NDHQ, Abuja.
Therefore, all SAOS are please enjoined to be meticulous in the collation. and upload of their data to avoid rejection of their Institutions’ submission. You are specifically advised to input correct Dates of graduation (Day, Month and Year) as it appears on the Statement of Results and correct dates of birth for all your graduates, as correction of same shall not be entertained after submission.
Please note that submission of hard copies at the NYSC NDHQ, Abuja in person is mandatory for all SAOs as failure to do so will deprive your graduates. from registering online when the portal is opened.
Furthermore, you are to ensure that each page of the forwarded hard copies is stamped and signed by the Registrar and the document duly indemnified.
