Newly admitted students should bring along with them the original and four photocopies of each of the following documents while coming for screening:
(a) Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board Examination Result Printout
(b) Offer of Admission by JAMB (Admission letter)
(c) Evidence/Receipt of Fees payment (post UTME fee, Acceptance fee, School fee and Medical fee, ICT screening form fee) All fees MUST be paid in full on or before resumption.
(d) WAEC/NECO Statement of Result or Certificate Issued by the Examination Body
(e) New/Unscratched card for checking O’ Level result(s) submitted by the student (1) Transcript, A’ Level, National Diploma and other certificates for Direct Entry Candidates
(f) Attestation letter from a reputable Clergyman/Imam/Lawyer/Senior Civil Servant/Traditional Ruler
(g) Medical Clearance (To be collected at the University Health Centre)
(h) Certificate of Birth/Sworn Declaration of Age 6) Certificate of State/Local Government Council of Origin
(i) NEW STUDENT SCREENING FORM to be printed on the University website and completed by the student
(j) STUDENT SELF DECLARATION AGAINST CULTISM FORM to be printed on the University website and completed by the student
(k)Bio Data form to be completed online
(l) Passport photographs (8 copies)
