MINISTERIAL DIRECTIVE ON THE CLOSURE OF ALL UNIVERSITIES AND INTER UNIVERSITY CENTRES DURING THE UPCOMING 2023 GENERAL ELECTIONS
I write to inform you that the Honourable Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu has directed that all Universities and Inter University Centres be shut down and academic activities be suspended between Wednesday 22nd February and Tuesday 14th March, 2023.
In view of this, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Wahab Olasupo Egbewole, SAN has directed that ALL students in the Hall of Residence at University of Ilorin MUST vacate their Hall of Residence latest 3pm on Tuesday 21st February, 2023 and return not earlier than 15th March, 2023.
