The attention of the University Administration has been drawn to some illegal collections under different guises by some Faculties and Departments. Administration frowns at this act and directs that no Faculty or Department should charge any levy or fee on students outside the official school charges. Management further directed that those who have collected should make a refund with immediate effect. Evidence of refund should be made available to the University Bursar on or before the close of office on Friday, 15th December 2023.
Management also advises that henceforth, no unit of the University should charge any form of levy and if there is a need, appropriate steps should be taken by approaching the University Administration formally so that the required steps can be taken for implementation
