UNILORIN SETS TO RELEASE GOOD STANDING LIST

Starting in September, the University of Ilorin will commence the review of students’ academic standings. To remain in good academic standing and avoid withdrawal from their degree program, students must maintain a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 1.50 at the end of each academic year.

If a student’s CGPA falls below 1.50 at the end of a session, they will be placed on academic probation for one year. However, new students who are admitted during that session and fail to meet the 1.50 CGPA requirement will be required to withdraw from their degree program.

Students who achieve a CGPA of 1.50 or higher at the end of their probationary period will return to normal academic status.
