Management has granted approval for staff of the University to proceed on Christmas holidays at the close of work on Friday, December 22, 2023.
Staff on essential duties are however expected to continue discharging their official duties within the period. In view of the precarious security situation in the country generally and the recent happenings in the University community, we expect the Chief Security Officer to take extra measures in ensuring adequate security coverage on campus throughout the holiday period. It should be noted that work and lectures resume for all staff and students on Wednesday, January 3, 2024.
