APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION INTO UITH BASIC NURSING PROGRAMME FOR
2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Basic Nursing Programme of the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital for the 2024/2025 Academic Session as indicated below:
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
The prospective candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and
Biology in WASC/NECO at not more than two (2) sittings.
• NABTEB is accepted but cannot be combined with any other O’level Certificate
(WASC/NECO).
• Candidates must not be less than 16 years of age at the time of application.
• Candidates must not have any deformity of the hands.
• Candidates must not have any criminal record.
METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR FORM:
Payment should be made through REMITA payable to University of Ilorin Teaching
Hospital Schools Complex Revolving Fund Account.
SUBMISSION:
Forms are to be downloaded on the UITH, School website. Duly completed application forms to be submitted with two (2) clear passport photographs and photocopies of credentials to: The College Secretary, School’s Complex,
University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin. Kwara State.
Closing Date: Not later than 25th October, 2024
Examination Date: 28th and 29th October, 2024.
Venue: Schools Complex Amilegbe, University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin,
Kwara State.
Oral Interview Date: 30th October, 2024
Resumption Date: 18th November, 2024.

Original copy of O’level print out result/Certificate
Original copy of Birth Certificate Declaration of age (National
Population Commission).
