Applications are hereby invited from qualified candidates for admission into the School of Nursing Programme of University College Hospital, Ibadan (UCH) for 2024/2025 Academic session
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants must be 17 years and above at the time of application.
- Possess five (5) O’level credits at not more than 2 sittings of the same examination body in English language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in either WAEC or NECO or NABTEB in one (1) sitting
HOW TO APPLY
- Visit portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng and make a Twenty Five Thousand Naira (#25,000) naira payment through Remita Payment button.
- After successful Payment sign up with your RRR, Email and Password used for the payment and Login with the same details.
- From portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng download Applicant User Guide
- Follow the Instructions stated in the guide to input your data and submit your application.
- Upload your passport photograph with white background and your credentials.
- Print 2 Copies of your form and a Colored Photocard and bring them on the day of examination.
- Make a payment of Two Hundred Naira (N200.00) to Oyo State Nursing & Midwifery Committee Account, First Bank PLC 2019704292
