The Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB) has officially released the proposed timetable for the 2026 examination exercise, setting the stage for candidates across various study centres nationwide to begin final preparations ahead of the crucial examinations.

The examination is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, and run through Saturday, June 27, 2026, featuring both morning and afternoon sessions across science, arts, and social science subjects.
The release of the timetable signals the final countdown to the 2026 IJMB examination, widely regarded as one of Nigeria’s major advanced-level admission programmes for direct entry into universities.
