The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially activated the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) portal for the upload of 2026 O’Level results by admission candidates across the country.
Candidates are strongly advised to visit accredited CBT centres to complete the upload process and verify that their results reflect correctly on the JAMB CAPS platform.
The Board had earlier maintained that institutions can only process admissions for candidates whose credentials are properly uploaded and verified through CAPS.
Applicants awaiting the release of results from examination bodies are also encouraged to upload immediately once their results become available in order to avoid delays during admission processing.
With several institutions already preparing to commence Post-UTME screening exercises, candidates are urged to act promptly and ensure all admission requirements are completed within the stipulated timelines.
