The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced another extension of the registration deadline for the 2026 Direct Entry (DE) admission exercise, shifting the closing date to Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
This development comes after earlier deadline adjustments by the examination body, reflecting JAMB’s efforts to accommodate more eligible applicants and ensure that qualified candidates are not excluded from the admission process due to registration delays.
Candidates intending to gain admission into Nigerian universities through the Direct Entry mode are advised to make use of the extension and complete all registration requirements before the new deadline.
