I write to request your office to kindly enable the portal of all Final Year students to upload their recent red-background passports for the purpose of certificate production with reference to the current Final Year students.
It is expected that the portal would been enabled as discussed, effective from Monday 15th-Tuesday 30th April, 2024.
Please note that it is very important for students to respond as requested as the passport on their portal would be downloaded and used to produce their certificates.
