National Youth Service Corps has officially announced the timetable for the 2026 Batch ‘B’ Stream I Orientation Course across the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
According to a circular issued by the Directorate Headquarters of the scheme and dated May 20, 2026, the orientation exercise is scheduled to commence on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
The management further disclosed that registration of prospective corps members at various orientation camps nationwide will run from Wednesday, June 10 to Friday, June 12, 2026, while the official swearing-in ceremony has been fixed for Friday, June 12, 2026.
The circular also stated that the cut-off for registration into camps remains midnight of Friday, June 12, 2026, warning that corps members who fail to report before the deadline may face mobilisation complications.
According to the schedule, the three-week orientation exercise is expected to officially end on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
The announcement comes shortly after the release of call-up numbers for prospective corps members mobilised for the stream, as preparations intensify nationwide ahead of camp activities.
