The University of Ilorin is calling for applications from eligible candidates for inter-university transfer for the 2026/2027 Academic Session. Interested candidates who wish to transfer into the University of Ilorin should follow the guidelines outlined below:
Eligibility based on prevailing University of Ilorin admission requirement at the year of Admission into the previous University.
Candidate must have obtained minimum CGPA of 3.00 in order to be considered for admission, depending on the course applied for.
Payment of prevailing processing fee as stipulated by the University of Ilorin.
Applicants must be of good conduct and should on admission be able to spend a minimum of two sessions in the University before graduating.
All applicants are to upload their O’ Level result, and/or A’ Level result, Joint Admission Matriculation Board result slip, result checker pin (for O’ Level) and letter of recommendation from their previous institutions.
Transcript of Academic records should be forwarded to the Registrar, University of Ilorin.
Before the commencement of registration process, applicants must have personal, valid and active e-mail address as well mobile phone number.
Applicants are to proceed to pay application fee of ₦30,000 on University of Ilorin website. unilorin.edu.ng.
The application deadline is Monday, 31st August, 2026.
NOTE:
Applicants are strongly advised to thoroughly review and verify the accuracy of their entries prior to final submission, as any inaccuracies or errors will result in automatic disqualification. University would not be liable for any wrong entry and this may result into automatic disqualification.
