This is to invite applicants seeking admission into the College of Nursing Sciences – OND/HND [4 Years Non- Terminal] Nursing programme for year 2026/2027 academic session.
CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION
The prospective candidate should possess the following qualification/features.
Candidate must have written 2026 JAMB with the following subject combination; English- language, Biology, chemistry and physics.
Candidate should have scored a minimum of 180 in the 2026 JAMB.
Candidate who did not choose college of Nursing Sciences, UITH as their first choice are to proceed to the nearest JAMB accredited centre to effect the change of institution to College of Nursing Sciences, UITH, ILORIN as their first choice
Minimum of five [5] credits in English- language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two sittings.
NABTEB is accepted but cannot be combined with any other O’level Certificate.
Candidate must not be less than 16 YEARS of age as at the time of application.
Candidate must not have criminal record.
Candidate must not have deformity of the hands.
Candidates are to upload scanned copies of the under listed on the portal during registration to purchase the application form and also come to the screening centre with hard copies.

2. JAMB change of Institution slip.
3. Original O’ LEVEL certificate.
4. Birth certificate [National population commission].
5. Print out of application form.
6. Passport photograph
7. Printout of the Remita receipt.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Applicants are to proceed to UITH website @ www.uithilorin.org.ng to fill the application form and make payment of N 10, 0000 through the Remita platform only into UITH GENERAL PURPOSE ACCOUNT.
