The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has officially released the final international timetable for the 2026 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for school candidates, setting the stage for a multi-week examination exercise across member countries.

According to the timetable issued from WAEC’s headquarters in Accra, the examination will commence with project-based and practical papers from Tuesday, April 7, 2026, and run through a structured sequence of oral, practical, and written examinations, concluding in mid-June 2026.
