FG EXEMPTS EDUCATION, AGRICULTURE CANDIDATES FROM WRITING UTME

Candidates seeking admission into Education programmes and non-engineering Agriculture courses in Nigerian tertiary institutions will no longer be required to sit for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

The announcement was made during the ongoing 2026 Admission Policy Meeting organized by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), as part of broader reforms aimed at boosting enrollment into critical academic sectors.
